Apparently IBC stands for In Building Coverage.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that 1 William Street appears to be a government office complex of some description, the map says it houses the Queensland Treasury, Trade & Investment, Dept Natural Resources, etc. 1 William Street is known as the Towers of Power as all 41 floors are occupied by Queensland ...

Hi all, Looks like Richmond tower - 135.050MHz - is being rebroadcasted in P25, on 382.675MHz. For some reason, it isn't listen on ACMA at all. I think the answer is going to be a NO but I could not find any information on the net leading to whether you can transmit in digital mode on UHFCB band. This band is still analogue only?
