I get the issue on and off, when you hit the 'view new posts' sometimes you don't get all new posts, when you check via the board index. Doesn't always happen, but its given me the habit of hitting it first, then scanning the rest of the board to see whats new, which kind of defeats the purpose that...

Last I read, thats why the F call was brought in. Because numbers were dwindling. Yer I kept my 396 for only 5 months then got rid of it. Poor audio ( popping) and poor reception.... But that was the first batches to come to Australia. No.... They will use GRN in GRN coverage areas. The rest will be covered by PMR, as before.
