I have compiled a list of frequencies for OSCAR and PAPA from the acma database for the purpose of logging what is currently digital and what is analogue. There are most likely some mistakes ... ie may have a missed a few analog sites.

I am frequently in the Port Macquarie region so i able to cover the far south but I would appreciate assistance from those folk living along the north coast or transiting the region (eg professional drivers/on holidays) what is happening in their neck of the woods. From past experience a number of analog sites have become P25 on the same frequency plus some unlisted frequencies have been seen from time to time eg 468.0375 and 468.3375 that are not listed anywhere on the north coast.

Many thanks Alison for your contribution

Hi Allison,

Thanks for the update, still on P25 in the Coffs area but slightly off topic, have you monitored the Coffs Council P25 system at all :?:

I am in Port Macquarie this weekend.

468.9625 off Mt Seaview is now being heard in Port Macquarie.
Until now it has only been ever heard when i was down Forster, which made me think it was a line of sight issue.
So i was suprised when i heard it yesterday locally in Port - either it has been relocated to Mt Cairncross or a second site has been added.
No changes to the acma yet

468.9625 - Dual Input from Yarras

459.4625
459.0125

Yarras is West of Wauchope
to many radios as 255 characters is not enough :)

The dual input is a normal feature of NSW Police Digital Voting
The Port Macquarie area vote is the 459.0125 Mhz input
The local channel input is 459.4625Mhz

I have seen similar dual input on a number of Brisbane QPS Digital frequencies

I suspect there is another site or link that has been added, either on Mt Yarras or elsewhere on 468.9625, because the signal is now being heard in Port Macquarie. It was affected by terrain before - which meant I could only hear it in Forster. Yarras (Mt Seaview) is a very hilly area, with a notorious windey road for the first hour out of Wauchope that takes you onto Walcha and Tamworth. The ACMA still shows that one entry

There are two low-powered directional links.
460Mhz Yarras to Transit Hill (Port Macquarie)
414Mhz Yarras to Mt Yarrahapinni
