TX and RX pair?, Vertically polarised, look to be in the 1GHz-ish band. In Lidcombe pointing towards CBD. Professionally installed. Nothing on ACMA.
They are only new. Don't think they're associated with that camera.

Most alarms will have a 3G multipath installed now.
Camera wireless link backup? little over kill.
Possibly more like a wifi/Mobile internet connection.
